I've a nagging feeling there is a lot more to your post than is immediately apparent. 

So we are talking about "residents in uniform" here, right?  Appointed by the council?

Does it come with a whistle and an earpiece for receiving instructions, and should I order mine now or would it be safe to assume already that I'll not be getting past the interview stage?
