If you think these studios will be £1600 a month by the time they get , built - if that ever happens - you might want to think again. In Greenford they peddle these from £1600 a month already. That Chiswick cachet will see these marketed at a hefty premium. All that access to green space on the doorstep, transport links, etc. And those gyms and private cinemas aren’t cheap.
