| there was a "consultation" process when the decision was made to implement LTNs across Brentford but, as the decision had already been made, it was a pointless exercise. we currently have one end of Whitestile Road closed for sewerage works for up to five weeks - because of the LTN closure to the east, all traffic is now funnelled down Enfield Road and we have delivery vans doing three-point turns on the pavement. this will be Guy's legacy as he starts his long overdue retirement from Friday - thanks a million Guy! |
