| Whilst the idea of a "Community Hub" is a good one. Having it here on a Friday is a total waste of time. The library is closed on a Friday so no footfall. Plus very few people walk past this area. One of my neighbours wanted someone from housing two weeks ago no one turned up. Ideally the under used Digital Dock would be ideal. |
