The feedback I've had about Brentford GPs is that that also has improved. I am no expert about catchment areas. WHen I moved to Brentford 12 years ago I told the GP about change of address and was worried they would tell me to change practice. They didn't. The service there has improved massively. You used to have to go there in the morning and queueu for a long time, or wait for a long time on the phone waiting for a receptionist, Normally appointments were a week or two later, though they did try to accommodate something urgent. It has been radically improved and the last time I looked they were advertising for new patients.
