OK I have a response. Not very satisfactory. They will encourage people to park in Ferry Quays public car park or the Ballymore one, keep the receipt and send a claim. I don't think that is appropriate. As the council have made a lot of income from all this (good) I suggest they should give a voucher to each household in the affected roads for perhaps £20. I am not confident that that will happen. Actually, confident it won't but I have made the request.
