We've been shopping in both Lidl and ALDI for years, and yes they are cheaper and tend not to do as many 'branded' goods as other supermarkets. We only go to source things they don't do perhaps every six to eight weeks. However, their own brands like their version of Marmite are indistinguishable from the branded version, generally speaking their tools which they both sell, and a lot of gardening equipment are excellent quality and you get good after sales service. |
