| I don't know but one thing I learned only the other day is that the Albany Parade retailers had 6 months free rent before shut down. They will also all receive compensation - I don't know how much - for the closure of the Albany Parade shops regardless of whether they are moving elsewhere, going to the new units or retiring. Also, as the article states, the retailers who do move to the new facilities will receive 20% off the ?rent/business rates? for the first five years. |
