| I just read on the TW8 Forum that the runway 3 idiocy is 75% for international transfer passengers who bring zero benefit to the UK, merely extra noise and pollution, not to mention all that CO2, deadly to the planet. Let's hope that Ruth and Boris lying in front of the bulldozers will stop it. Or maybe some brave judges at judicial review. It is rather difficult to see how a 3rd runway could be possible vs our existing legal climate emergency commitments. A minor miracle: I agree with Simon Hayes, especially about the timescale, 2045 completion, if ever. |
