| Well the instant reclassification of his party affiliation does at least show they can be efficient at some things. As I said on my other post on the Albany Parade issue, this seems like a case of the public sector having a weak grasp of the workings of the private sector. I believe officers and councillors made commitments to shop owners in good faith but didn't understand the complexities of the matter. Don't get me wrong, this is still inept and Guy is right to be furious. |
