| As you will know ... Chiswick has now joined up with Hammersmith to create a new named Parliamentary Constituency. In addition parts of Brentford East and all of Gunnersbury Park and some adjoining homes have now been transferred to Chiswick Wards for the purpose of Local Elections. Do those areas think that they have bettered themselves. The character and reputation of Central Hounslow these days is bordering on disgraceful. The word Hounslow is now associated with the words ... dirty and crummy. All over local Social Media Facebook Sites there is a constant opinion of not wanting to visit the place again now that they've moved away and have heard how dreadful it's become. Only yesterday I was told of a young policeman who's packing the job in ... because of the horrid people he's having to deal with. The word "Hounslow" should be eliminated from the lingo of Brentford, Isleworth and Chiswick. Opps! I forgot Heston. But that's gone downhill too. |
