| HI, I am interested in buying a flat in Ferry Quays, I am first time buyer so I am quite nervous about it. I love the energy of Brentford. I am just a bit worried that the service charge in Ferry Quays is quite high at the moment but most of the agents don't seem to know why or what is going to happen. I heard from someone that there was a kind of agreement with the management company to reduce it in the future but honestly, I haven't found much more. I would love if someone could give me a better idea of what is happening. thanks! |
