| Thanks for clarifying that Guy. Epsom and Ewell is a majority of a party called the residents association! Been like that since 1937. However the Lib Dems followed by Labour have the largest amount of Councillors. Our roads are poor where ever I go in England and I thought some of our community charge paid for the upkeep. I don't have any speeding tickets in 49 years of riding and driving! For me personally its not hard to obey the law. My wife's friend got a speeding ticket for 24mph in a 20 mph limit a while back and got the option to attend a speed awareness course she now wishes she hadn’t ! The majority of the attendees were younger drivers and she was humiliated in front of them by the person holding the course. I would like to see the Police nailing the minority of drivers on roads like the A4 who think its ok to drive at 70 in a 40mph limit or less now in places. |
