| Also known as Brainwashing. We have lived in a near 70 year period of change, acceptance and tolerance. Even those in their 80s are incredibly tolerant and accepting and that includes those off this age group who came here many, many decades ago. There are, and will always be nasty elements. and there will always be disadvantage. That unfortunately will always be the case in the kind of society we have . Look at other societies and cultures globally - no-where is it miles better but there is far, far worse. None of these course and sidetracking consultants will address the true source of division. That is prevalent in the way this borough and governance is run. All it will serve is the continuing smoke and mirrors of this ever increasing over politicised dominated culture. If 200 'executives' are that dense or dopey that they have no comprehension of respect civility, humanity and professional integrity and duty to serve the public then the real question is Are they fit for purpose in their jobs? |
