| We had exactly the same problem here on Brentford Dock when LBH Councillors and the planning dept decided to ignore the resident views on gating our estate. With their pig headed views it cost them dearly when we went to the high court and won our case. Where was the public outcry against them when they waisted thousands of £s in bringing flawed article 4 directions? |
