| How very interesting! I put in a formal complaint to National Highways about this a couple of weeks ago and copied in the Secy of State for Transport. I complained on two grounds - first, why does Windmill Road have to be closed 24/7 and second, the lack of updates/info being given to residents and their representatives (Guy, Ruth Cadbury et al). The reply came back today and is virtually word for word the same as Guy's. The following was also added, " I note your comments about updates on this project and I'd like to assure you that the local council are receiving weekly updates on progress from us and we've been in contact with them to ensure updates are meeting their needs". |
