It's good that this fining is happening here in Brentford. It might set a bar of expectation of etiquette which is what a Civil society should be and expect without a big stick. But clearly the abusers dominant too much and spoil things for everyone.

But is the only way of reporting dumped or badly sited bikes via an app?

Is there a direct link or number ( that does not charge ££££s per call and a prolonged period on Hold)?

The people most affected are those who are elderly or frail, can't move the things and are most likely to come a cropper if encountering one in the dark.

They are also the least able to be heard.

I have an ongoing claim for damage which took place in Ealing. 11 months ago! Which I think I have mentioned more than once

About as evasive and as difficult as it could possibly get - without being illegal.

This is why you may recall I asked if LBH had things in place to protect victims either injury or from negligence or carelessness.

No such fine arrangement in Ealing where there are no means to report at all and no fines. And an awful lot of under 16s using E Bikes and E scooters .
