| I was very surprised to see that this club has claimed to be encouraging young and old to bowl. As a member of Isleworth Bowls club before it was procurred Isleworth Working Mens Club. Looking at your photo of the children taking up bowls made me wonder how on earth they could bowl on thatm green! It has been destroyed by a lack of care. The whole point of bowling is to have a decent green. Im regularly at Redlees anf all i have seen from the outside was marquees, tables an chairs etc on this green space. Not very encouraging for anyone wanting to take up bowls or indeed return to this club.j |
