I meant to post here earlier to say how I love the patches of wildflowers down Ealing Road. At their peak now. I wondered what was happening when the grass was mown right back earlier in the year for now obvious reason and in odd shapes. Now I see why! It's so refreshing to walk down the road and enjoy the colours - so many blue cornflowers, one of my favourite flowers. Thank you to everyone involved. The little garden of delights near Catherine Wheel Road on the High Street is now also in its second year: I've sat regularly on the little wooden bench to enjoy the plants there. Agapanthus now in full bloom. |
