| The conversion to which I refer has nothing to do with the Council or Councillors but rather a developer who probably knows what they can get away with. Whether anything can be done about the conversion of a moderately-sized house into five separate living spaces is another thing. While I'm still rather shocked to see this 'development' and wouldn't want it next to me, on reflection I have to say that 'back in the day' as a student I lived in rather less salubrious accommodation. |
