| I would really like to know who these judges were. Judging something like this in isolation is absolute nonsense, the knock-on effects of this anti democratic decision have been entirely ignored. No mention of the 72% of those consulted who said 'No' to the closure, or of the extra traffic, pollution and inconvenience having to be borne by others living in the area. On top of this the closure at the top of Linkfield Road has surely put more traffic through the small residential turnings that join that with St. Johns Rd.? Perhaps some of these judges should try living around here for a few weeks so that they can enjoy these brilliant ideas? |
