So are you suggesting that they do just increase their prices?
Are they allowed to do that?  Or can they do anything they like now that they have been sold off.

From the Space Waye info on the LBH website:

"Some cooking oil is collected and made into a fuel on site. It is used to run some of the operational vehicles on site. The remaining cooking oil goes to Living Fuels in Norfolk"

I know that LBE started a free collection for restaurants years ago.  I'm not sure that it is still free but it did get businesses used to the idea that they should not only be sorting their waste to some extent but also how they could.

I'm not convinced that LBH is chasing up businesses to check that they are dealing with their waste properly.
