It's becoming very obvious that huge changes need to be made at national level into how property developers operate and whom and how they have dealings with.
The government have really messed up with their planning changes. There needs to be a Levenson type enquiry into all the facets of planning and development with far more transparency, clear simplification and an end to back door deals. Then we might get better quality developments not the rubbish we keep ending up with. The fast buck culture in this niche has to end |
