| Our phone and internet were down for 72 hours from midnight on Monday. After what seemed like several hours of trying to find a human being to talk to about it, it transpired that it was a broken/damaged cable linked to the Isleworth exchange. BT have been digging up the pavement on the A4 outside PC World for the past few days, so it might have been there. |
