Indeed, I returned home on Tuesday lunchtime to find I had no phone or internet access. Spoke to our concierge who was also in the same position and it gradually became clear everyone both within our development at Holland Gardens and surrounding streets were also in the same boat. I logged a fault report with BT around 2pm Tuesday. Although I got a text acknowledgement of the fault report I'm yet to hear anything more almost 48 hours later - not impressed :-( |
