| "They're obviously not serious about winning Brentford." Ah - more words of wisdom from the depths of Southall. Whilst I would not be as arrogant as to make such assumptions I would have thought that, as Brentford is allegedly where our MP resides, the good people of Brentford may well be waiting for a chance to voice their opinion of New Labour at the local election polls. I say 'good on' the tories for injecting some new young blood into the contest. No offence to Matt Harmer as I believe he is one of the few consistently decent and helpful chaps remaining in the local labour party. Such a pity his good work is thwarted by the Southall Kid. |
