| 'Why can’t people get a job, get a mortgage and buy a property.' Do you watch the news or read a newspaper? What other countries do is not relevant. There is no way youngsters in this day and age can possibly save the extraordinary deposits now required to buy a property, leasehold is a gigantic con and bearing in mind much of what is built around this area falls into that category. Part rent, part buy - another trap. At a time when the cost of living is through the roof, how are people supposed to save and have something resembling a life? You're all heart.... |
