| Do we really need another block of HMO, and worse right next M4, A4 and Chiswick roundabout. Is this normal? I was passing Hanger Lane, and saw now even that roundabout has a block of flats as well. How on earth can this be justified, surely the pollution level must be high, but I guess they record it at night time when the roads are less used :) |
