It really makes more sense to use Sam's waterside, there is plenty of room both inside and out. It will be nice not to have the pavement cluttered with tables when the summer comes again, both sides of the road were sometimes used this year.  Presumably they could provide snacks from the kitchen, I think they already do afternoon tea?
