| Sam's Coffee, Ballymore, will be shutting for good just before Christmas. A corner of Sam's Waterside will become a coffee bar. Shame, I really liked the place. It seems the coffee side of it did okay but the rest of the offer did not. Apart from that, what I wonder will move into the vacated space and when? |
