| Wonder if the good people on the river boats have been informed? The noise will penetrate the boats even more than the houses. Then there is the effect on wildlife along the river. I wonder when they measure the direction of the noise, how high it goes into the new flats all around the park. Can you imagine, a late night event at Kew, at the same time? |
