The Duke's residence and gardens occupy about half of Brentford TW8 and he's down to his last £500,000,000!. I acknowledge that we all have access to Syon House and Park and they are a delight. Some spectacular events are held there as you know. The Duke probably donates to local Charities and "keeps in" with the Council ... but a 7 day licence for noise does seem a bit much.
