| The paving installed has 4 small manhole covers,possibly leading to water stopcocks etc.It wouldn't surprise me if the resultant accumulated debris contributed to the recent swimming pool that appeared there after recent rain.Hopefully that's been cleared now.The work took absolutely ages and how much longer will those seemingly redundant 'temporary' traffic lights be there.As is sometimes said in France'There is nothing so permanent as a temporary solution' |
