| Anyone know what the nature of the 'work'(term used lightly as no work seems to being done) outside the Six Bells?There looks like there has been some sort of new paving laid,albeit unfinished and there is never anyone attending the site or even leaning on a shovel to create an impression of anything going on? Still,who amongst those who are responsible really cares what happens?Why am I not surprised? Here's a tip to those who are responsible,don't start public works unless you have the manpower and parts/equopment to start and finish the jog in one fell swoop.If you don't have those things in place,don't start the bloody job until you do. |
