There are plenty of profitable businesses in London - lots of developers, bankers, financial services, Sky, Amazon, GSK, HMO landlords. Most of the ones we've heard of are large (for obvious reasons) but London has always, and still is, an environment has had a thriving economy largely based upon small entrepreneurs, from plumbers to thinking tanks! |
