That's very Helpful Guy, I could not quite fathom out what all this is Lampton stuff is and how it works. Maybe a full diagrammatic and explanation of who and whom run it and are directors etc should be published in the Council Magazine. But if the organisations you listed are just about breaking even or barely making a profit, which subsidiaries are going to cover the shocking costs to facilities. Maybe like London Transport and British Rail enjoyed, VAT and Duties on energy costs ( Namely fuels) should be waived for Public Facilities and our Councils and MPs should be pushing for that. |
