How do you know if there were few non residents visiting the Dock? If you walked down there everyday as a resident you would know! The reason you have not witnessed littering on your few visits is because a hard working team of staff clean the Dock everyday. Because the estate is well kept the vast majority of residents appreciate this and take a pride in their surroundings and wish to keep it this way.
