| Whilst there is little doubt that the Recycling Teams are getting worse and more shoddy, the main problem is lack of management or direction by the inept Council. Which moron sends the street sweepers out to diligently pick up every piece of paper or plastic, or even cigarette butt, BEFORE the Recycling Teams arrive to litter the place again with their shoddy work ethic and lazy attitude towards picking up the litter they discard whilst loading the trucks. |
