| Those nets disintegrated years ago. They shrink in the weather and would not fit anyway. But the amount of cars that get hit by flailing boxes ought to be investigated and most residents will no doubt be completely unaware that should they find their vehicle damaged, Hounslow will accept no liability and only co-operate with assisting on claiming off your own insurance. Flying wheelie bins are similar. And getting hit by one in the wind renders the householder of that bin liable. |
