| I couldn't agree more. I think it's an absolute joke that doctors are actually working from home and dealing with patients pretty much only by telephone. As i said earlier, I have been to the Brentford practice twice over the last few weeks and the waiting area was empty on both occasions. I did not need or want to see a doctor but I know others who did and were only offered telephone consultations. I suppose that may be satisfactory if you are looking for advice or reassurance but not sure how it works for a proper diagnosis. |
