| My understanding is that the public road has been sold to Ballymore. It is therefore now a private road. There has already been one occurance of a group of travellers setting up camp in the car park, and therefore I think Ballymore has put this in place to make sure it does not re-occur, so that they can develop the site without that type of complication. |
