| The underground car parks on the Haverfield estate (off Ealing Road) were blocked off years ago because of anti-social behaviour. They were for residents' parking but cars were (I'm told) regularly vandalised and set on fire - not good when people live above them! Also I believe used as a rat run by criminals fleeing the cops. One of them is now the HQ for council enforcement, others used for storage, project offices, caretakers and some disused - plans being thought out. |
