| I wonder if the persons who designed and built the Car club bay could by held responsible in some way if their design creates an obstruction, which doesn't allow any emergency vehicles through into the estate. God forbid the unforgivable ever happen to someone in dire need of treatment happened. Surly it would be down to them? |
