The problem is that it only takes ONE person to dump a bag of something somewhere where it is not protected and it is then spread all over the place by vehicles and animals and the wind. Unfortunately absolutely everyone else is made to suffer...
It was interesting to see a programme the other night which showed the unsuitable accommodation that is being made out of offices to house people under a relaxation of planning regulations. Very small and some even have no window. If you have a large family in one of these places with inadequate space allocated for rubbish both inside and outside there won't be enough space. Amongst these the people with the most difficult problems tend to be those with babies and adults in nappies. |
