| I wouldn't disagree as such, but despite what I do for a living I find the sheer scale of all these developments in a small area 'scary'. We're all already familiar with how clogged up the roads are, the pressure on local infrastructure etc. and despite the revenue supposedly incoming from CIL I am far from convinced that such revenue will ever be able to match the increased demand. Each to their own though. |
