It is good to see a positive article about the area and also to see that there is finally some work starting on the site. MSO Marine seem to be moving under the bridge to the area closer to the Thanks Lock, the Red Buses also seem to be clearing out their yard as a lot of the various cars vans and buses have gone and there has also been some demolition work right at the other end of the site in addition to the demolition work opposite Morrisons. There is inevitable going to be divided opinion on the 'ideal' mix of the use and there will be sections of the community who aren't happy, but I for one am really happy to see progress as the site is/was getting more and more depressing in its current guise.
