| Good luck with your venture. So many pubs are closing that it is great to see people trying to revive them. You will face quite a tough fight as I know the Albany Arms caused a lot of problems for its neighbours and you will probably have to deal with the legacy of that. I know one resident at least who is dead set against the plan and, although I disagree with them, I wouldn't dispute their right to have some say in what goes on in their area. The application isn't listed on the Hounslow site so it is impossible to confirm whether this site was right or wrong on the hours applied for. Even if they got it wrong I think your criticisms of Kath are over the top. She is just doing her job and I suspect your anger has more to do with a hope that the application might sneak through with as few people as possible hearing about it so you were hoping for no publicity until the application cleared. I don't really blame you for getting stressed but you picked the wrong target. |
