It's really evident that many who used to dutifully recycle have given up. There's no space left for such a luxury. One only has to look in the frontages of many small terraces to see what tips they have come. The whole thing has descended into a mess. And very wasteful. If there were a few brain cells involved then there was a great opportunity for the in house to be innovative and cost effective. But clearly those brain cells have gone in the recycling bin. Chat to the crews, they are able to see what's wrong and they know it better than us. But their directors are...well ..Rubbish. |
