| As I said before a bit of card is ubiquitous. It's to hand, whenever and in seconds. Going online is for many still a task and by no means easy even when you do know what you are doing. If they can find money to put stickers on wheelie bins that fade and peel off in a couple of months, produce elaborate christmas tree reminders which contained information that was not heeded by the collection service, then they can do a calendar. It worked. But like most things with councils, only the things that work get meddled with and mucked up and the real issues that really do need sorting out get well avoided. |
