The smell has been in that location for years now, prior to the arrival of the squatters, during their occupation of the site (regardless of what some posters said on the earlier thread the smell was definitely still present both prior to and during their occupation of the site), and post-development. So not a consequence of the development (and nor did the squatters either cause or resolve the problem), but I'm surprised that the problem wasn't eradicated during the development of the site and one would imagine there's some residents of the development complaining about it. |
